About Dynasty Building Services

Our company "Dynasty" was established in 1981 as "Dynasty Contemporary Office Cleaning Company". During the past 40 years, our company name has changed to reflect the constant changes in our industry. Such names were Dynasty Cleaning Company, Dynasty Commercial Cleaning Services, and finally, "Dynasty Building Services. As our base and services evolved into a full Building Maintenance Company, our current name was put forth in 2002. From our humble beginnings of an idea, and a used vacuum, DYNASTY has emerged from a Mom & Pop cleaning company from Long Island NY, into a major player in the industry, expanding from Long Island into New York City, and beyond, all the while continuing our concentration and strong hold on Long Island’s Nassau and Suffolk counties.
